Return and Refund Policy

• If customer received the book have insufficient page, flipped and non-human damaged or the goods received do not match the ordered goods.
• You can request a refund or re-delivery by email at littlewintermelon@gmail.com or Whatapps at +60127025090 within 7 days after books received. 
• To return the books, we will arrange the courier company to pick up the goods, the postage is borne by the store.
• After receiving the returned goods:
• The refund will be processed within 1-2 days; or
  The re-delivery will be sent within 1-2 days, and the postage will be borne by the store.
